Amy Daley, MT-BC, MTL (she/her) is a multi-instrumentalist, music educator, and music therapist in the Seattle area. The first instrument she fell in love with was piano, and she started taking lessons when she was four years old. She was fascinated by the instrument and quickly became a dynamic performer. She has a wealth of experience as a collaborative pianist and has taken the stage with many choirs, ensembles, vocalists, and instrumentalists.

With a passion for musical exploration from a young age, Amy was driven to play other instruments and various genres. Over the years, she became proficient on guitar, ukulele, and voice.

Amy decided to continue her musical pursuits at the post-secondary level and completed a Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy at Western Michigan University, while also studying classical piano with Dr. Yu-Lien The. Her internship in music therapy was at The Hochstein School in Rochester, NY. While interning at the school, she provided adapted guitar, voice, and piano lessons to individuals of varying abilities. She also provided music therapy services in the group setting to individuals with dementia, intellectual disabilities, mental disabilities, and TBIs.

Amy has been sharing her passion for music with students of all ages for seven years. She creates a learning environment that is engaging, individualized, and inspiring. She hopes to encourage a love of music within her students and help them gain useful tools for creative expression on their instrument.
